Once a product is sold, the supplier receives payment for their merchandise. For this reason, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
Refunds are only processed based on errors in fulfillment, if items are incorrectly shipped or missing. Returns for sizing issues are not possible if the requested size and the size indicated on the label correspond.
